TESTING CAPACITY

447KW (600 HP) CAT DIESEL ENGINE

Three output test drive shafts available on testing unit:

Shaft 1: 11kw electric motor
Shaft 2: 285kw, 350Bar, 4000 RPM, Rexroth A2FM-125 Hydraulic motor
Shaft 3: 285kw, 350Bar, 1500 RPM, Rexroth A2FM-355 Hydraulic motor

Two flow turbine/loading valves are used during testing procedure"
1: 0-300 LPM
2: 0-800 LPM

All pumps being tested are protected by STAUFF 3 micron absolute filtration.

Our test unit has been engineered to have a threshold of up to 800 lpm for Suction (V=1mt/sec) & Pressure (V=3.3mt/sec).
